Shipping & Refunds


Supplier shall deliver the goods and/or perform the services as specified in the applicable Purchase Order. Supplier shall package and ship all goods in accordance with such industry standards as may be applicable to ensure that the goods are received by Buyer in good condition compliance with the Purchase Order. The applicable Purchase Order number must appear on all shipping containers, packing lists, delivery tickets and bills of lading.

All Domestic shipping is completed through FedEx Ground service. Typical shipping times may vary, but an estimated shipping time is between 7-10 days. We will also do our best to ship your order within 2 business days after receipt of payment.

Shipping quotes are accurate in the continental United States only. Please contact us for a shipping quote outside of this region.
International Shipping is not available at this time. Please contact us at 201-314-1454 9AM-5PM Alaska Standard Time or email us for estimated shipping rates before you place your order.

All domestic shipping will be shipped by Kodiak Sisters Fish through FedEx or UPS.

Failure to ensure that your shipping address is correct will result in delivery to an incorrect address or failure to deliver.


In the event of a lost or late shipment, please contact us at 201-314-1454 or email us. We will speak with you to determine if you prefer to either reship the order or request a refund of your purchase. We are committed to offering the highest quality seafood products available.

Because of the perishable nature of the product, we will not accept return packages of fish. Please do not attempt to return fish.
